It’s not clear enough as to what you were requiring. There are too many places you have to go to try to find out what you need.

Terrible app. Unnecessary receptiveness. Used to be able to check in directly with airline, why add an extra step??? Stupid. Also- won’t allow changes, I added a companion that couldn’t get stupid photo done on time & then wouldn’t let me finish the app.

I get to the end of my setup and it ask for the account/request number that did not state to save for the completion of the e ticket! Now I have to start over! This is not user friendly!

Keeps asking for my wife’s info. ???

Did I miss how long it takes to be Verified? Mine is still pending. If I knew how long the verification takes I might have given a better review

Stupid and unnecessary. Waste of space on my phone since I’m not the app creator benefiting from the app

American Airlines needs to get out of this app. It is obsolete and degrades the experience of simple, safe travel by air.

Incredibly annoyed that AA is forcing me to this VeriFLY process that does not seem to be serving any meaningful purpose. I just had to hand my personal info to another company.
