VeriFLY: Fast Digital Identity

Yet another travel app I am forced to use. It failed to send me an email about four times, until I changed to my work email address.

I downloaded the app , up loaded to VeriFLY , then refused , upload again, everything seems fine , but no Check in possible ! Wasting customer s time is not a good idea …

Wasting time to fill all this information and in the end it is not integrated with the online check in! We have to go to the check in desk and show our vaccination documents!!!!

Submitted all my information way on time wanted to go check in on BA 24hrs before a flight to the states only to find that the "covid documents haven't been verfied" just yet. Even though on verifly it says it's completed and I'm ready to check in and fly. Now I got to do check in at airport and hope my flight is not overbooked. Worst and completely useless app ever!

Spent twenty minutes trying to make this app with a terrible UX to work just to learn that your destination (center of Europe!) “not supported”. Also, not keen on sharing my personal data with some barely known 3rd party. Will just check everything at the airport.

Long process already and once completed, registration still not possible.

What a ridiculous app - Spanish with no way of changing it. Makes you waste a lot of time!

For my return flight, the app requested to have a validated proof of vaccination, while this is not requested by the Swiss authorities for Swiss citizen. Furthermore you need to provide consent that your data can be shared with party, which I do not want to do. Without that, no way to proceed and to check in. Furthermore, it required a document that I could not upload from my iPhone, thus I had to transfer a copy of the file to my computer to scan with the app the QR code.. What should I have done if I had not my laptop? Crazy and ridiculous system…
