The app is far from intuitive and I took several attempts to figure out how it worked. Even then, I got to the end of the process and was rewarded with a pass saying Ready to Travel. Fine, except that I still couldn’t check in with Aer Lingus because my documents hadn’t been verified. Note that the checklist asked for my PLF but gave no opportunity to load my vaccination certificate. Annoying, a waste of time and, ultimately, useless

When you try to enter your flight there’s only two airlines, lots of bugs everywhere. Don’t download Não descarregue

Terrible app. Unnecessary receptiveness. Used to be able to check in directly with airline, why add an extra step??? Stupid. Also- won’t allow changes, I added a companion that couldn’t get stupid photo done on time & then wouldn’t let me finish the app.

I get to the end of my setup and it ask for the account/request number that did not state to save for the completion of the e ticket! Now I have to start over! This is not user friendly!
