It makes it 10x more difficult to check in. The flows are confusing and require many steps. This is probably the worst flying experience I’ve ever had.

It was easy to fill out the information for check in just from reading the prompts in the app. I had a question and after contacting them through the app I got a reply on my email minutes later. After finishing the procedure on the app I went back to the airline app and everything had already been updated and the check in process finished very quickly. I didn’t have a QR code which the Verifly app could read for my COVID vaccination confirmation, but the app offers a way to enter all the information very objectively and add a photo, then I had to wait, but it was less than half an hour before I got a notification from the app informing me it had been cleared.

Could not check in with AA because app does not integrate

Nao lê o Qr-code e não da a opção de fazer o upload do comprovante de vacinação.

Mesmo após várias tentativas o app ‘não reconhece’ o QR code do certificado de vacinação. ‘Oportunamente’ oferecem um serviço pago na sequência para solucionar a questão! :/
