After providing all the details and getting check marks everywhere, the airline doesn’t let us complete the check in and sends us back to Verifly. ;(

The app does not let you add your certificate of recovery which is absurd. It made the whole process very time consuming and stressful.

It is not compatible with international systems and despite having valid personal details this app cannot recognize characters (-, <, etc) between two names or surnames, so if this is your case, do not even start. Waste of time. Also mixes name with sériame… Really, how can it be so bad?

It’s not clear enough as to what you were requiring. There are too many places you have to go to try to find out what you need.

This is useless to be mandatory to complete

Terrible app. Unnecessary receptiveness. Used to be able to check in directly with airline, why add an extra step??? Stupid. Also- won’t allow changes, I added a companion that couldn’t get stupid photo done on time & then wouldn’t let me finish the app.

I get to the end of my setup and it ask for the account/request number that did not state to save for the completion of the e ticket! Now I have to start over! This is not user friendly!

Keeps asking for my wife’s info. ???

Did I miss how long it takes to be Verified? Mine is still pending. If I knew how long the verification takes I might have given a better review
