It failed to connect. Ive been receiving “unknown issue occured” for quite some time.

i already connected to the lightbulb but i can’t control cause it says that it was offline which i am already connected to my wifi and the bulb but i cant do anything is there anything i can do to solve this problem?

Please update the design of the widget on iPad OS

Broken down multiple times in 6 months! Lousy and expensive bulbs

The light and the app not working properly after sometime it will not connected even you are seeing the light are in the Home Screen of the app but all the light are not connected and you try to on or off the light it will appear a notification say ( Unknown issue occurred Something went wrong, please try again ) but if you ask google assistant to turn on or off the light is working means the light are connected to Wi-Fi just the app itself always not working properly I need to be log out and log in back than only work. I hope fix this error asap if you need a further explanation or pic or video pls drop me a email I can sent you the details I really miss the old app is way way way way better than the new version. New version UI are nicer but importantly useless it’s not working properly.

Does what it wants. Is non intuitive and we can’t seem to be able to control the lights anymore. The “+” not available from Home Screen. Therefore, you can’t add any lights.

Always device offline or some other problem🫨🫨

This v2 is complicated compare to v1. All it did was changed the ui app but dropped several functions like direct to pick devices and change light color and also struggle with automation 🤢
