This app is a joke and the customer care on it is non existent !! Not helpful at all , the app has ruined my lighting in my home as I cannot pair new app with all my build in lighting as I did with old app !!!! Absolutely disgraceful
The app is not functional; this was supposed to help me connect my plug, but the plus option to add devices would not work, so what am I supposed to do with this product?
I’m having awful trouble for months with this new version. Spent a day trying to re-add a light that was not working correctly, and the new app can’t add it at all. I’ve no time to be troubleshooting stuff like that. Reverting to the white app.
Since I gave changed to this app, my schedules don’t work atall, I have deleted and reloaded about a dozen times, I have done everything they have asked me to do but all my devices won’t link to schedule on new app
I recall already the setup of two light bulbs was problematic, it took forever before the app noticed the bulbs and required all kinds of troubleshooting. It never got better. After a year of infrequent use it's still crap - motion sensing is a joke, it turns off the lights when you're in the room and moving around, schedule never worked as it should and it's now impossible to change any setting whatsoever, getting "unknown error" message to anything I try. Don't recommend and won't be getting any other Wiz tech.
Was recommended to “upgrade” to V2 from the original and have nothing but disappointed by it. Seems slow and clumsy and not very reliable. Have had to re-initiate the bulbs a few times already and it’s not very obvious what bulbs I’m adjusting through the lacking interface. Will be going back to the original. Don’t bother.
iPhone 13 mini on the latest iOS. Since the recent update the + button to add devices does nothing when tapped. Have tried setting up a new home and reinstalling the app but it still doesn’t work.
The app never works. Every time I try to edit the setting and timing for the lights the app tells me “oops an error has accorded. Please try again later” later comes around and still the SAME issue!
