I can’t connect with Alexa anymore because of the new version of this app

This new version not connecting to our Alexa , Alexa is looking still old wiz ,

The application and the lights system integration needs a lot of work especially with competitors providing a lot of user friendly integration with the wifi system !

Bought one bulb to see how the product is. The wiz product is good and this app serves the intended purpose very well however the lack of apple home integration was a disappointment. So have to go for a different brand for my smart light needs. Would have preferred wiz if there was apple home support.

The app overall is okay, almost every thing you would expect from it But the major set back for me is the lack of Apple Home integration… I mean there are 1.2Bn iPhone users in the world don’t we deserve an integration too… Meanwhile you have to do with Shortcuts which not a seamless process… I think I’ll return these light bulbs :/

After so many years the automation tab still lacks many features. There are no sunrise sunset schedules which every smart home has it.

There are glitches with all lights turning on command

I was so excited about these strip lights. They worked for about a month before the app basically broke. Even now, at my new apartment with a new set of these lights, they won’t connect. They constantly disconnected before and now I can’t even connect them in the first place. If any developer sees this, I see that plenty of other people are having my experience, specifically the notification of “unknown error occurred please try again later.” If this is an issue you have control of, please fix this. I paid $30 for this new set of lights and the only thing I can do is turn them on with the button, nothing with the app. What’s the point?

I just wanted led lights for underneath my bed, I bought an led strip and set it up, but when it came down to actually connecting to the lights I couldn’t at all after spending two+ hours trying to figure it out and still couldn’t pair the device. The service never showed up in my Bluetooth either, this is very easily the worst possible way they could’ve set their product up.

The app-to-light Bluetooth connection never works smoothly. It almost always requires turning the lights on and off, manually, then restarting the app and hoping it connects. I have a Philips Hue bulb that works flawlessly. I hate these lights.
