• WARM UP - For preparation and recovery.
With these four zones, you can start heart rate training very easily and quickly.
You don't have to remember your target heart rate or intensity %.

This App is good but it lacks apple HealthKit integration and thus your HR zone data isn’t saved in your Apple Health app. Download the free HealthZone and use that to see your data IE HR zones and distance, pace. Health Zone lacks an App on the iPhone, but you can use this Zone app to see the data from acquired from HealthZone app being used on your Apple Watch.

I don’t find any major difference between the free and pro versions I was hoping the pro version had sleep data included that’s the general norm for fitness app . Wasted $7.99 wish I can get refund

Poor app. Active points are not well done. I wanted something like my garment watch would do but on my Apple Watch. Usually what most apps should do is only count zone two and above as exercise but this app counts all zones as exercise. So I could go for a gentle stroll and I would count toward my zone minutes, which is completely wrong.

What’s the point

I just wanted to set goals for time in heart rate zones per week. This doesn’t seem to allow that. Also and critically if you have duplicate workouts synced (from different sources as often happens) there’s no way to Delete an activity and there’s no duplicate detection… ? That’s so dumb I’ve got to be missing something
