CDG Zig – Taxis, Cars & Buses

Tried your app in Singapore. Never mind taxi drivers who can barely speak English, they can't even find you! It's both the app's geolocation and rubbish pick up spot interface. Wasted an hour setting up the app and waiting for ordered taxis who just pass by the approximate location you ordered, give or take 50m and put you as "no show", which makes it impossible to get the car you ordered. I also suspect car number mistakes, as once a driver miraculously passed by me looking for the person who ordered the taxi and find nobody. And I got another "no show" as he disappeared, the car with a different number. Conclusion: the taxi stands, even with queues, proved a lot faster and more efficient at actually getting cars.

The app restricts phone number length and many folks from North America will have an issue signing up to use the app. Please fix.

The initial app setup requires entering a phone number but the app only allows 8 digits to be entered so it is useless. Very frustrating! Even more so because cars can’t be booked from their website and app support is a bot with very limited functionality.

I downloaded this app to move around Singapore but when I try to enter our phone number to get the watsapp confirmation code the app doesn’t accept the 10 digit phone number. Can’t use it at all

I left my phone in the taxi by accident. Calling customer service was super efficient and within 10 minutes the driver turned around and delivered the phone to me. I was so impressed by the support from customer service and the driver. Well Done Comfort!

Calendar Sync is not only broken, but it also breaks Drop Off location selection. Can’t input destination when this happens. Fellow users can disable this feature in Settings.

The latest version of this app sucks. Where the hell is advance booking? Setting something as ‘done’ (ie defining home leads one entering the home address repeatedly) This is terrible

This new app is not at all user friendly. Now it seems to take longer to get a booking and even managing my favourites doesn’t work properly. I use taxis to get to work and home every day. Now I need to look at other options that are hassle free.

I am unable to determine the status of my booking after I have made it. There seems to be no record of it. Worst taxi app I have ever used.

Poor UI. Unable to organize favorites in the main page. Forces you to set a home and office.
