Tried your app in Singapore. Never mind taxi drivers who can barely speak English, they can't even find you! It's both the app's geolocation and rubbish pick up spot interface. Wasted an hour setting up the app and waiting for ordered taxis who just pass by the approximate location you ordered, give or take 50m and put you as "no show", which makes it impossible to get the car you ordered.
I also suspect car number mistakes, as once a driver miraculously passed by me looking for the person who ordered the taxi and find nobody. And I got another "no show" as he disappeared, the car with a different number.
Conclusion: the taxi stands, even with queues, proved a lot faster and more efficient at actually getting cars.

Pathetic
Driver dropped me in wrong location in half way , i was first time in Singapore and had terrible experience it was 12:30 at night and I had to walk 1-2 km and still didn’t reached to my destination bcs I didn’t know anyone in Singapore so I had to book another taxi to get me back to hotel , the driver left me on half way, charged me full, after complaining no on looking at it
Problem with Location
The app takes auto location after selecting the place, it cause trouble to guide driver after that.
UI from 2012, customer service non existent
If you lose something in a can you’ll be redirected to 50 different customer services, all of them more useless than the last.
Wrong vehicle came in
I had booked taxi to take elders for vaccination to Marine Parade CC. The taxi number shown in booking was different from what taxi came. I was waiting endlessly and then I saw another taxi leave and message that taxi was canceled and I lost my $5 promo also . I had to book another taxi to make just in time for the vaccination appointment

New app looks cool but lacks functionality
Hi, your new app looks cool but lacks:
- driver name
- ability to message driver
- ability to see menu while in a booking
- tracking driver more difficult as default screen too zoomed out
- no mention of time on 'yay' screen that says you have found me a driver
