CDG Zig – Taxis, Cars & Buses

Tried your app in Singapore. Never mind taxi drivers who can barely speak English, they can't even find you! It's both the app's geolocation and rubbish pick up spot interface. Wasted an hour setting up the app and waiting for ordered taxis who just pass by the approximate location you ordered, give or take 50m and put you as "no show", which makes it impossible to get the car you ordered. I also suspect car number mistakes, as once a driver miraculously passed by me looking for the person who ordered the taxi and find nobody. And I got another "no show" as he disappeared, the car with a different number. Conclusion: the taxi stands, even with queues, proved a lot faster and more efficient at actually getting cars.

I cant even load anything on the app

Not able to login with the OTP sent. Kept prompting that number mismatch. What rubbish!

During request e-receipt send to email, it prompt to configure to an email address. Seem this apps does not capture my existing email during register. Zig should auto send the e-receipt to our email set as auto default.

Attitude uncle driver

Can’t work with location service (GPS) enabled, enter pick-up location won’t work, enter destination won’t work either. Nothing works. CDG, you have with a problematic app deprived your drivers of opportunities and chased away your customers. How did you test your app before releasing it?

Not recommended. Many times book unsuccessful, last minute no cab or driver cancel which automatically the unused offers will suddenly vanished/utilized? Does not make sense.

Constantly unable to find rides, and consumes my promo codes for 10 minutes each time. Then while you’re trying to edit the promo in during the ride, you’re bombarded with constant errors such as “only cashless payment methods allow editing”. If you don’t want to offer the promo just don’t, instead of making them impossible to use. 2/5 only because the drivers are usually better than rideshare.

Stupid app never works

To exist at a time where other competitors’ apps are more reliable, I’d expect a better user experience on the app. But the buggy app and prompts to re enter card details after app updates turns me away from using this app.
