CDG Zig – Taxis, Cars & Buses

Tried your app in Singapore. Never mind taxi drivers who can barely speak English, they can't even find you! It's both the app's geolocation and rubbish pick up spot interface. Wasted an hour setting up the app and waiting for ordered taxis who just pass by the approximate location you ordered, give or take 50m and put you as "no show", which makes it impossible to get the car you ordered. I also suspect car number mistakes, as once a driver miraculously passed by me looking for the person who ordered the taxi and find nobody. And I got another "no show" as he disappeared, the car with a different number. Conclusion: the taxi stands, even with queues, proved a lot faster and more efficient at actually getting cars.

Very uncomfortable UI, too difficult to set the pick up position, even pointing manually it often changes it by itself, and you and the taxi driver waste your time and money. I set all my data, even the email address but still can’t get a single receipt because it says that I didn’t set one (but the support mail works…). To be totally reviewed

Worst taxi booking application ever. Not friendly at all, not working and get stuck very often. Going to Grab.

This application is a disaster nothing more nothing less, completely unusable. It absolutely useless almost never working.

Suggest to have the app select suitable or type of driver’s such as friendly, chatty, calm or humorous etc. based on preference or past feedback.

Please fix the issue.

They’re always either not on their apps or they’re choosing rates. When you need a cab and most of the time they wont come due to lower rates. Serve them right for not having businesses.

ComfortDelGro downplayed the zigrewards points. I supposed to have more than 3k points and now only 1.9k not only that as an elite , from 6 points earning now only 4 points . Gosh . Is ComfortDelGro getting poorer that they need to rob ? I only heard and experienced a company only upgrade or shut off their rewards programme never heard of downgrading as it’s a tactics for recurring customers . Omg . Wake up ComfortDelGro.

In the end, I switch to grab app instead. Better go research grab app to better understand and improve your app!

Every time I try to book, bookings are almost never accepted even though the app shows at least 8-10 drivers available inside the pickup radius. But to my surprise when I use Grab, more often than not a CDG taxi shows up for pickup. What is the point of booking through this app when bookings are not prioritised through the app?
