Why do I have to start a pay plan to even start
It’s really annoying that u have to get the free premium to starts it’s helpful that there are a lot of questions but like really the last one is would you like to get premium and no option to click no like really

I just recently started using this app and I absolutely love it. It’s really helpful and it also looks good. The design and the options make using it a pleasant experience. I personally use it to help me with my eating disorder but I was wondering if there was a possibility that you could expand your app for people struggling with things things other than self harm?

To be completely honest this is a really great app, it’s not invasive, the adds aren’t overwhelming and it has a lot of helpful tools as well! I do wish that there were more free options for meditation but I understand cuz these ppl gotta make money too.

I got this app a couple years ago when I was struggling with sh. I couldn’t do therapy or counseling because of PTSD. I found this( idek where) and started using it, and it worked! I’m almost a year clean and could never be happier. I recommend this to the Salt Lake City Primary Children’s when I saw a doctor there so they could give someone else that little push to sobriety from sh.
