è davvero utile
queste app generalmente mi sembrano stronz4te, ma questa mi sta aiutando veramente. quando ne sento il bisogno sa aiutarmi e mi ricorda costantemente i motivi per cui non devo farlo. tiene il conto dei giorni, di com’è andata la giornata e degli impulsi che ho. spettacolare. a livello grafico è pazzesca, certo non posso scegliere tra troppe opzioni ma non è una tragedia. ha un codice ogni volta che si entra e offre diverse meditazioni per calmare

I think this app is really useful to people that are trying to stop and I’ve been using it for a little more than a month. It is perfect overall the only complaint I have is that a app that is about saving other peoples lives shouldn’t have any cost options. You are making people that are hurt and in need for help pay for it? Like life isn’t a necessity? Other than that I LOVE the app and I find it the best one of its kind out there yet.

To be completely honest this is a really great app, it’s not invasive, the adds aren’t overwhelming and it has a lot of helpful tools as well! I do wish that there were more free options for meditation but I understand cuz these ppl gotta make money too.

I got this app a couple years ago when I was struggling with sh. I couldn’t do therapy or counseling because of PTSD. I found this( idek where) and started using it, and it worked! I’m almost a year clean and could never be happier. I recommend this to the Salt Lake City Primary Children’s when I saw a doctor there so they could give someone else that little push to sobriety from sh.
