Trying to quit addiction shouldn’t have to be payed for
It seemed perfect at first until it came up with “£9.99 per month”
Premium made me lose my tracking
I’ve had this app for over 3 years, and recently celebrated my 3 years clean from SH. when reopening the app to to a diary/pledge etc, i found that I had to now buy a premium plan if I wanted to use the app any longer, meaning all of my past entries and old data is now lost. Very unhappy
I have to pay!?!?
Ok so I downloaded this app cause I’m kinda addicted but I’m a child who hasn’t told my parents and they won’t buy it for me anyway and I can’t play for it
Amazing- Works Really Well
This app has way higher expectations than I thought! You can add when you have an urge etc and it will give you tips on how to help, that surprisingly works! The app includes such small details that at first seem silly and it won’t help but it does! The app has a timer and my favourite, a 4 digit password to access the app. I love this feature as anyone can easily access your phone and it keeps your personal information private. It would be better if you didn’t have to pay premium but the free features are so good you don’t even need to pay!

It lets me write about my day and has helped me a lot but I can’t see to open it anymore, idk why? Maybe it’s something wrong with my phone
Good, it kinda helped me
I have been struggling for 2Ħ for just around 7 months and it’s a good app and it made me reach my progress and when I did sh it said a good message afterwards it’s rlly good and heartwarming because it lets me know I’m not alone
My opinion
So personally harmless is great! My friend recommended it to me and she’ll probs see this but yeah, it’s really good, it had prevented my friend and I’m just new and learning my way around it, but definitely a amazing app those who need it ♥️

Harmless has helped me a bit but not much because I feel like nothing is working to stop my self harm and how I think and feel
Great app
This has helped me through a lot of rough times. It’s provided a useful tool for someone with addiction issues for everything in life, makes it easier to get “addicted” to seeing those days pass of harm free life
