Thank you <3
I struggle to find a good reason to stop but it’s worth it for my friends that love me, being able to see how long I can go without it and seeing how my days go over time, it’s comforting. I love this app because it offers activities to do when you feel the urge and it gives lots of motivation after everything little thing you do. I highly recommend it if you struggle with sh. Thank you to the creators for making my life easier <3

To be completely honest this is a really great app, it’s not invasive, the adds aren’t overwhelming and it has a lot of helpful tools as well! I do wish that there were more free options for meditation but I understand cuz these ppl gotta make money too.

I got this app a couple years ago when I was struggling with sh. I couldn’t do therapy or counseling because of PTSD. I found this( idek where) and started using it, and it worked! I’m almost a year clean and could never be happier. I recommend this to the Salt Lake City Primary Children’s when I saw a doctor there so they could give someone else that little push to sobriety from sh.
