Its really good but uses ai :(
This app really helped me but there's ai generated images in it which idk if the devs know this but it harms the environment and also trains off of stolen artwork But other than that, I'm gonna be honest, this app really helped me, I've tried to find others butni keep coming back to this one because nothingnelse really compares to this one in my opinion. There's hardly any adds, other than the ones just chilling on the bottom, yk. And their even helpful adds, too, like ones advertising betterhelp and therapy. And the things it tells you to do when you get an urge are really helpful to me, so, other than the ai, I realy love this app :3
This app is good!
this app helps with my urges to sh and doesn’t seem disappointed if i relapse, it tells me to keep trying and motivational stuff like that and i figured out a way to stop the urges for me is to say u have an urge and press the song button and sing ur favorite song or songs i just don’t like the little ads
Makes a difference
This app is genuinely so helpful and encouraging to me. Any time I have an urge, I think of my streak and what it means. If I do have a time that I break it, the app reminds me that it’s okay and recovery is not all straightforward or linear. This app has genuinely made a difference in my life. 5 star rating is the least I could do. Thank you.
Used to love this app, came back and there’s no free option
I used to use this app and it helped me to stay clean, and I decided to come back to it because I’ve been struggling with relapse. I go through the whole setup only to discover that it’s now a completely paid service with no free options. I don’t mind having some paid plans, they were there when I used the app for free. This makes me quite upset, I’m now looking for an alternative.
Just started, already LOVE it
I was recommended this by my therapist, have been using it for a day and am already obsessed!!! Although, i will say i thought it was free, so i started the entry survey but then it gave me an offer. I am a bit frustrated that I didn’t know before I started, and freedom of self harm should definitely be free, but honestly TOTALLY worth it!
