I think our guides make was Raphael, he was very knowledgeable and gave us a very detailed explanation of Krakows history as we were driving through Krakow towards Auschwitz. Showing us all the landmark buildings and their history along the way. Very easy to understand and communicated very well, and very passionate about education us all on Polish history. Very happy with this service and would recommend using them to book tours through.”

Дубай 2021 | Где QR-коды?
Делюсь опытом использования в июне 2021 в ОАЭ. Брали следующие экскурсии: - At The Top - Dubai Frame - Dubai Safari - VR Park - Аквапарк Wild Wadi - Palm Monorail - Аквапарк Aquaventure Проблемы были две. На Дубай Сафари не была передана информация организатору, в итоге нас не забрали в указанный день. После звонка перенесли экскурсию на завтра. Самая экскурсия с поездкой по барханам на джипе - 10/10. Билеты в Аквавенчур пришли без QR кодов. На входе в аквапарк кассир грустно пожимал плечами, и мы вместе не понимали, что делать. Написали в чат поддержки headout, минут через 5 на почту докинули QR-коды. Все проблемы были решены. Все билеты были со скидками и дешевле, чем в других местах + кешбек отработал без проблем.
Это мошенники!!!!!
Ситуация абсолютно аналогична вышеописанной. Деньги списали, билетов нет🤷🏼♀️ это мошенники без вариантов. Не попадайтесь на эту удочку!
Dont use, overpriced and unreliable
They are the biggest fraud, they might ruin your trip plans. If you do not want your tour is canceled in last minute pls dont use it

На данной программе заказал три тура , прошло больше суток , ответа так и не получил , билетов тоже ! Обычно когда заказываешь на различных площадках Билеты приходят сразу , но тут все мимо . Связывался с менеджерами 6 раз , все отвечают ( в течении 30 минут вам прийдут Билеты на почту , 5 минут и вы получите ответ по своей брони ) в результате чат отключался и приходилось начинать по новой , по итогу ответа я так и не дождался и билетов тоже ! Деньги с карты списывают моментально , в личном кабинете на IOS нет вашей брони ! Написал на возврат денег , жду ответ от банка ! Всем удачи , не связывайтесь с мошенниками !
Headache
I downloaded this app to make my travel in Europe easier when buying tickets for events and it did the complete opposite. I bought tickets but they never showed up on my app afterwards. I had to contact customer service and they had no idea what went wrong. They promised to email me back within 48 hours and nothing. I actually had to REBUY the tickets in person. Then I had to contact my bank to dispute the charges the app did. I had to do all this while on vacation. If you like wasting your time download this app please.
False Attraction Listing with no resolution
I used Headout to book tickets to an attraction. My tickets through the app showed an attraction open/close time that weren’t correct and therefore I missed my opportunity to use my tickets. Upon contacting customer service, I got the run around for two weeks before I got a response. Their response was that they can’t offer a refund which is absolutely ridiculous. I will not be using Headout again and I’d urge others to reconsider.
Charged money for what?
I downloaded this app on the 10/18/24 and never opened it, on 10/21/24 my card was charged $86.40 and I’ve yet to use this app…needless to say it won’t happen again!
Terrible service
Received my tickets and code for audio that I purchased for Acropolis tour. Audio code provided did not work. Contacted for help, was told they would reply in 24 hours. It’s been 3 days with no response. Tried to use chat feature for immediate help, this did not connect me to anyone. Had to do the tour with no audio guide as we had a set time and couldn’t change. Would not use again. Edit: It’s now been over a month and I finally got someone to reach out. They want to resolve the issue. Are you going to fly me back to Greece for another tour? Too little and FAR too late to respond.
Worst App
This was the worst experience I’ve had with this type of app. There is NO support and the app misrepresents where you can and cannot Go.
