IBKR Mobile - Invest Worldwide

Most of the time hangs on startup.

Opened a new IBKR account and initiated a fund request but funds have not been received. Attached proof funds in a support ticket but absolutely no response from the customer tickets with no proper SLA. Bad experience right from the start that would discourage a foreign investor from using the app.

The app is not able to connect from last week

With the recent updates, my Markets tab is broken. It just shows a blank screen and when I click on Customize Markets that too gives a blank screen.

This would be the best portal for international traders & investors. The transfer charges from US bank to trading account of 2 USD should be nil ; already the international investors are paying hefty charges of 12 to 15 USD per international wire transfer as charges. Else absolutely no complaints as Interactive Brokers has great reputation. Cheers.

The services that IB provides is really amazing, however, their app as well as online website interface is totally unusable. I have been setting up my account since 2 weeks. It’s extremely frustrating to login, they send OTP twice for login when you want to open a new account. Furthermore the interface is super slow. During login sometimes it says wrong password, and then with same password it works next time. Such interface is really unacceptable today when there are lot of amazing applications and given interactive brokers is a big firm. To me, it’s a headache to use the application. I hope the team take it as a positive feedback to improve their interface.

Unable to login even with 2FA and security challenge. Issue on iPad Pro, is not an issue on desktop. Please rectify soonest.

App is not accepting my user id and password but same credentials are working on the website . Please look into this .

Dear team please add 3 minute chart to iPhone and iPad version

Using mobile app over an year, not even a single limit order executed properly and stop loss . I made 100 trades so far on that 100 trades only 10 trades executed and that’s too stop loss was not executed it made me huge loss on the app. It’s like 1947 techie coded this software and launched without even back testing on market. Good job guys keep it up! 👏👏👏
