Back to T212 again…app is super confusing and no Portuguese support

I can’t log in! It’s 204, the UX of this app feels that it’s from the 90s. I can’t longer deal with it, moving to another broker

Unnecessarily complicated interface, tons of UX problems. Looks like an app from the early days of the iPhone, when people didn’t know how to make apps.

I am so disappointed with Interactive Brokers, the onboarding process is so long and painful. l regret having invested in their stocks before I tried the app

Using it, top up, withdraw money made way more complicated than in other apps

Aplicação muito fraca para nome Interactive Brokers. Muito confusa com pouca informação para o cliente. Vejam a aplicação da Degiro e XTB, dá dez a zero a esta app. Esperava mais de uma corretora com 40 anos de história.

Sus comisiones son muy altas y te cobran por cualquier cosa que realices en la plataforma. Ademas que es muy engorrosa de manejar. Tiene muchos errores y letras pequeñas. Lo más decepcionante es como te quitan dinero sin avisar de cualquier cosa que hagas.

The fact that I cannot buy anything cuz I fukn have A paper trading account, makes so angry with this app. And all this time I couldn’t even remove this paper trading.

Whoever designed this app from us point of view should quit his career immediately. It works in the end, but you have to learn it as rocket science. And yes the app is a confusing and lagging mess. Very disappointing although the reputation of the company

Consigo entrar no portal web mas diz-me sempre que as credenciais estão mal nesta aplicação. É impensável um investidor não conseguir ver os seus investimentos em tempo real por aplicação em 2024 e ter que lidar com este tipo de erros.
