I like they constantly update the app but scale order is still not available on mobile which is a big bummer

Too too too too too too slow, perhaps due to security. Web on PC would be the only choice for this broker. Don’t want to use anymore.

The interface is user-friendly, but the frequent and unnecessary changes in the screen layout are confusing.

Be careful with this company…Once you put your money in, Interactive Broker will have so many layers of glitches and challenges for you to get your money out. For example, you can’t complete withdrawal transaction through an app because it will require you to key in a challenge code at the end, which necessitates you to close the transaction page, to move to another link to get the challenge code..what is this seriously? Basically it’s an endless loop. On browser…oh my god it’s been very very glitchy, it doesn’t even get to any other pages, just keeps loading forever. Especially when you click withdraw, it just keeps loading. I have used different PCs, browsers, but all the same. Better put your money elsewhere, I probably took 1-2 weeks to get my money out, just a portion of it. Crazy

I love it… You can login anywhere and do what you want to do when you want to do it! This app has got much better over the years and I can recommend it to anyone from beginners on up

Put a limit price on buying shares, end up purchasing them for a higher price than asked. Sent a message to ask for clarification, disables my snapshot capability; thanks IB

iPhoneでの2段階認証を有効にしている。 故障・紛失・電池切れなどや単にiPadがパソコンに近いことがあるので、iPadでも2段階認証したい。 しかし、どうやらできなそうだった。 他に有効な別な2段階認証の方法は、5000万円（今だと7000万円）以上運用している人にしか提供していないらしい。 それ以外の人は、何かあれば電話を入れて、2日間の有効のコードを出してもらうなどが必要みたい。 普段のセキュリティを強化するのはいいが、何かあった時の対応策が少なくて、困る。
