If you face any issue there is nothing they do for you. I tried to verify my address they rejected and without a valid reason they blocked my account.

The most recent update is not an improvement for the ease of authentication, previously I could really easily authenticate money transfers without having to leave the app. Now I need to open up a browser window and do an additional challenge response step….in order to initiate a transfer. It is more cumbersome. Also I do not understand that IBKR still does not support Yubikeys or similar products for its 2FA.

Worst customer experience ever! I still cant withdraw my money from it.

User interface is horrible. Really hard to navigate. Impossible to understand their policy and pricing. Your orders can be disappeared and you are not able to find out why. Long queue if you need to reach out custome service.

When doing a market order you WILL NOT get the price currently being shown on the graph because the wrong price is being shown.

Would be good to make the charts easier to modify. Open orders should be easier to find. Would be good to make account management an integral part of the app.

IBKR zet de betere software neer, mijlen verder dan Saxobank in tools op mobiel en iPad. Handige interface. Optie trading 👌. Prijzen USA ongeveer $1,40 dat doen geen ander ze na. Aanrader.

The design is very non-user friendly.

Dunno why the language changed to Spanish all of a sudden on my iPad. This sucks 😩
