I lost money on a margin call, but I only have a cash account, I don’t have margin, they lent me money to borrow dollars when it should of swapped to dollars when buying Nasdaq products. Good results with etoro or trading 212, this app is complicated, its against the user. Not intuitive, it’s just not worth it

Signing in now takes a fair while and I'm having to sign back in again, which works

Very very poor user interface. Chatbot not available. Customer service not responding and very difficult to access (i am forced into looking into FAQ and it takes 10- 15 clicks to send an inquiry). Notifications are unreadable on the application. Half of the app is web-based and requires second login. Overall stressful experience. Would not recommend.

Kept telling me I have no authorisation to trade stocks, even though it’s only my account and I have bought stocks on there before

I can’t log into my account since the latest update.

I am writing to share my recent experience and provide feedback on how the platform could better support users in urgent situations. Recently, my phone was stolen, and during this stressful time, I encountered several challenges in regaining control of my IB account. Based on this experience, I’d like to suggest the following improvements: 1. 24-Hour Urgent Call Service: There was no readily available 24-hour urgent helpline to suspend my account immediately. Having such a service would help users secure their accounts quickly in emergencies. 2. Alternative Ways to Restore Accounts: The current reliance on the app for account restoration is problematic for users who lose access to their phones. Introducing more accessible alternatives for account recovery would be highly beneficial. 3. Enhanced Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Options: The IB Key system is somewhat confusing, especially during high-stress situations. Adding additional 2FA options, such as Google Authenticator or email codes, would offer users greater flexibility and ease of use. I believe these changes could significantly enhance security and improve the user experience, particularly during emergencies like mine. Thank you for considering this feedback.

May I please suggest you download Saxobank app and copy and paste its interface and replace this current app of yours?
