Very bad user experience. Impossible to add flights and get access to boarding pass

Great app not only offering the usual things like managing bookings, check-ins, flight status updates but also has a great interactive map guiding you from gate to gate across terminals. Saved me when having a short connection in Chicago and had to find my way from Terminal 2 to the Terminal 1 International area.

I have got Both documents- vaccination and PCR test weithin 72hrs like demanded from the German authorities - BOTH wäre declined. The Work from the Agent was not Dome properly

Very good app - even shows you on a map where an aircraft is currently. No app crashes - no other problems...

30 min of fighting with the app (1 crash) and then at the end it's not "possible" to check-in. "Please do it the normal way." Hope your aircrafts suck less than your app programming.

Sneaky to tell you it’s free after you pay.

This app is not user friendly. I needed to change my flight due to weather and I have a credit with United but was never given the option to use the credit to pay for the difference in price, I had to put in my card information. Plus changing flights was not an easy process. Frustrating.

I have a United explorer card. I pay an annual fee for this card so I can get a free bag check. Somewhere in the fine print I must have missed that basic economy does not give me a free bag check with my credit card. This is a scam and I will be looking for an alternative card for the future. So sick of your scams United. Kevin Carey
