What actually is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is defined as paying attention in the present moment, without judgment. Put another way, Mindfulness is about noticing what is happening around you right now.


How do you practice Mindfulness?
There are many ways to practice mindfulness and bring yourself into the present moment, including meditations, breathing exercises, feeling for sensations and more!
For example, try taking a deep breath in through your nose... And breathe out through your mouth. Congratulations! You just did a Mindfulness exercise. In that moment you paid complete attention to your breath, without any judgments.

3 Minute Mindfulness connects with the Health app to save all the time you spend being mindful.


Subscription Pricing and Terms
The app offers three auto-renewing 'Premium' subscription options which unlocks everything in the app:
Monthly: $6.99 per month
Semi Annually: $24.99 per 6 months
Yearly: $39.99 per year

These prices are for United States customers. Pricing in other countries may vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence.

Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you purchased the subscription for.

Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your iTunes Account Settings after purchase.

You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your iTunes account settings.

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

The app is working again and is great. Shame I had to write the review below at all though. No courses. No meditations. Wrote to developer and received nothing in reply. This says it all!

Simple and effective way to be mindful

I didn’t authorize this to charge for a 6 month subscription!

It’s taught me not to download apps and try them at all since it’s almost impossible to figure out how to get the money back. I might have purchased it on my own but now just feel PO’d about being taken advantage of. Not sure how I ended up with a 6 month subscription as I didn’t purposely subscribe to it 😕. I would like a refund please.

I love the mini meditations and breathing exercises. I use it almost everyday. It has really helped me relax and stay grounded. The woman's voice who narrates the exercises is perfect. I like that they are 3 minutes! And I like the easy to use log. Very good purchase. So this was a super app but my favorite exercise - equal breathing- is not working properly in the new version which is super frustrating

This app premium pricing is absolutely ridiculous. I enjoy it quite a lot and it has some wonderful mindfulness training, but I am so disappointed that they ask so much and there is no end to purchasing

A surgeon colleague recommended the app, knowing I am interested in learning mindfulness, but find it difficult to slow down. 3 minutes is a good intro!
