Bad experience
I had a very disappointing experience with this app. I placed an order, and it was delayed for more than two weeks without any clear updates. Their customer service was unprofessional and showed no concern for the customer. They made no real effort to resolve the issue or even communicate properly. To this moment, I still don’t know the status of my order, and I haven’t received my money back after requesting a refund. I do not recommend this app to anyone looking for reliable service.
Bad Customer Service
They cancelled my order and I didn’t get refund the item is almost $100. I tried to contact customer service but whatsapp have automated reply only and no one reply to the emails. Very disappointed 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

كيف تتم تغيير مدة الاسترجاع للمنتجات المشتراه سابقا؟ هذه فيها مخالفه للقانون
تغيير مدة الارجاع في المشريات القديمه
كيف يتم تغيير سياسة الشراء بعد عملية الشراء وبدون علم المشتري؟!! عند الشراء كانت مدة الاسترجاع ١٠٠ يوم ،كيف تم تغييرها الى ١٤ يوم فقط ؟! اذا كنتم تودن تغيير سياسة الارجاع فهذا ينطبق على الشراء الجديد فقط وليس جميع المشتريات السابقه . ان لم يتم التواصل معي وتعديل هذا الامر فسوف ألجأ الى القضاء
