Buono fa quel che promette

Esercizi veloci e, se si vuole, praticabili senza l'uso di attrezzature da palestra (l'elenco degli esercizi è personalizzabile a seconda degli attrezzi effettivamente posseduti). Personalmente li ritengo più difficili di quanto sembri (sono fuori allenamento da parecchio), quindi sono sicuro che siano parecchio efficaci. Con 10 minuti al giorno (sono 7 + pause), si riesce a ridare tono ai propri muscoli senza andare in costose palestre. Consigliata!

This app is just great. It's well cued, and changes up the exercises each day to keep the workout fun and interesting. It works even for an out of shape, geriatric aspiring athlete!

A surprisingly good workout when time is limited, customized to workout tools on hand. Pleasantly guided by by both audio and video with the ability to listen to your own music library. The variety of workouts is a great feature too. Think of the time and money you'll save by doing this instead of going to the gym!
