Фантастическая программа: всего 7 минут - и ты весь взмок. А на следующий день чувствтся все проработанные упражнениями мышцы! Идеальный вариант для ленивых девчонок
Please improve a few things
1. App makes background music less loud, and voice instructions are just shouting this way! ) I listen to an internet radio usually so please fix. 2. No possibility to play video instructions separately. I have to view them, then go back on the previous step and then step forward again. Very inconvenient...
отличные упражнения для зарядки утром и разминки
Упражнения чередуются, каждый день что-то новое и в иной последовательности. Видеоинструкции удобные. Вообще приложение в целом сделано качественно. Есть три уровня сложности. Общий эккаунт для сохранения данных из всех приложений lolo - мне также понравился стретчинг, просто супер-вещь! Там есть упражнения для восстановления спины например и т.п. Рекомендую к ежедневному использованию. Мне эта штука заменила спортзал.

Отличная программа для хорошей разминки. Упражнения постоянно меняются, а если не знаешь как оно правильно делается, на видео к каждому упражнению всё показывается.
Отлично!
Очень понравилась, есть видео инструкции, различные фильтры, плюс встроенный музыкальный плеер, который подстраивает музыку для занятий по нужному битрейту.
