Can’t get it to work. Also cannot contact Airalo.
All in the title. I’ve used it in the Netherlands no issues, but in Mexico City it will not connect to TELCEL. Airalo is impossible to connect with or contact. Would not recommend for Latin America.
Doesn’t work
I downloaded and installed a 2GB sim that stopped working after 2 days with plenty of data left. I downloaded another one and it failed to install and directed me to contact airalo
Multiple purchases
The instructions are not perfect. So you may have to do trial and error practice. The cards work perfectly when you get all your settings right. I was touring 4 countries. Bought 4 cards. Didn’t think to name each card BEFORE purchasing the next card. So, when I landed in the next country I had to play with my settings to get it going. The right card did not automatically connect. In Singapore, the settings also kept switching and I would have to select all over again. Select for data, voice, and the card. But, everything works well when the settings are correct.

The best I’ve used so far !!!
So Easy/Convenient
Loved at how easy and simple the process was and the effectiveness was stellar and Tokyo and in Seoul. We stayed in major metro areas so can’t comment about kore rural areas. The inly thing that can make it better is the option to have a local number while traveling. Loved it so use it!

Do not use that, no phone number with the eSIM. They say it’s in the product page, who reads that ?
