Wrong info, wrong times, wrong stations

This app has one overall good feature: it’s extremely consistent in getting the information wrong. I’ve never seen a tech app get basic info so wildly wrong UPDATE: they gave me the wrong information AGAIN

Service at all?

Couldn’t be worse. Booked several premium tickets a group but only 1 ticket issued. Asked for customer support a few days before trip but no one responded. Finally they responded -superfluously, a couple of days after the scheduled date. Can’t imagine

Awful customer service & buggy app

I attempted to book a ticket for a train and immediately after booking it noticed it was for the wrong day. Initially i thought this was an error on my part but upon attempting twice more, i noticed the app automatically switched the date on me after selecting. There is no final confirmation page before purchase either, so no way to ensure accuracy. I emailed the company immediately after this and didn't receive any response for 5 days. They said they couldn't do anything, that the ticket is non refundable. I explained the technical issue to which the response stayed the same. Very surprised by the scam-like interaction with the company. Will not use again. Book with the train company directly!

Mejorar servicio al cliente

Les falta mejorar mucho el servicio al cliente, estuve tratando de comunicarme con ustedes ayer durante la tarde y solo me pude comunicar 1 vez no más, y perdí conexión ahí fue imposible volver a conectar. Deben mejorar el chat de servicio al cliente para que nos podamos comunicar de manera más sencilla a los asesores.

Easy App Easy Commute

First time traveling through Italy and have never used this app or train service before. It’s very clear and easy to navigate. Train prices are fair. Extra travel service options are nice and priced well too.

Fix the app

Just arrived in Milan today, final destination is Genoa but the platforms don’t update, delay isn’t accurate, trains are all wrong, staff isn’t of any help, the app itself is currently saying my 8:45 pm train is delayed by 7 minutes for 2 hours now.

SUPERB with Some Glitches

The Omio App is SUPERB! That’s the post! The only criticism that I have of the app is that sometimes the platform information is not accurate! For example, the app may tell you that no platform has been chosen for your train. Yet, when you look on the screen in the trains station, you will see that a platform has been selected. Hence, if you rely solely upon the app, you could miss your train. There was only one time that I noticed that the app, was accurate with the platform. Another issue is that the tickets that you add to your wallet, do not have the train number on them. Therefore, those who you share your wallet with, have no way of knowing the train number. They can see the time of the train, but without opening the app, you have no way of knowing the number. Other than that, the experience is flawless. I believe that I got the very best rate, booking at least a month in advance! I went from Rome to Venice and from Rome to Florence! I highly recommend using this app, on your visit to Europe!
