After the update, it just suddenly not working after several trial and even if I'm following the proper steps that the csr told me. Please fix

Why did u remove the tap up service in your app. I’ve been using it since I opened an account and transfering from one card to my account. Please adf again that service.
No summary of account
So disappointed that i cannot find the summary of my account. Inaccessible.
No rewards
I used my friend referral link but we both did not get the bonus that was said in the promotion.
User Friendly Digital App.
The app. Was perfect and friendly, easy to access and has Security features. Only one thing i noticed , *the Live chat support has delay on Replies but anyways it served me and answered my questions. Thank you Al hilal digital. Keep it up.
