Update won't work
FAB asked to update but app won't load. Tried many times to try and update it but it's a zilch
Application not working for Non-Camera Phones
I am working in Offshore and I can’t use the app because I don’t have camera to take a picture of my Emirates ID.

Credit Card
I’m a Dubai First Credit Card user. You sent me a message that I can view my statement of account on your mobile app which directed to FAB app. I cant open my mobile app (Dubai First) even if I reinstall it. My FAB app says I don’t have any credit card. Why its so hard for you guys to just sent me my statement on my email address? And you are asking me to pay something which I’m not aware about because I didn’t use my card foe the past 3months.
No one answered call
I call many times until my balance finish only machine operator taking... can you put a hot line for direct to some people can give a help for costumer care please... Thank you
