App upgrade crashes
Hi, just updated my latest rakbank app to 4.6 version & suddenly does not allow to lunch the app after upgrade. It always crashes. Please fix. Thanks

I am new at this bank so far it's good I dont know in the future. But i noticed something they don't include the amount in your account when you purchased on something.
Poor service and customer service
Rakbank keeps on charging over limit fee, even if you paid your balance, even fils, and even you deposit, they will keep charging you, better not to get credit card from this bank

Why is this app not loading after putting in my username and password?!! I can access my account fine in my pc
Doesn't work while on mobile data
This is a great help for each and every RAK Bank customer. However, it will be far greater if this bug gets fixed — thanks.
Not Good
I can not activate with OTP. Kindly fix. App is not that user friendly.
