We took the Red and Blue lines buses today but were quite disappointed with the level of service accorded by the staff. We were surprised to find the staff to be not helpful and less friendly. Though the weather was very hot, the inside of the buses were very hot and don’t seem to be installed with aircon. Overall, the experience is below expectations.
