Waited full day for the bus and could not cover even three locations, not that I spent a lot of time at each location but the bus frequency is the worst. Would not recommend to use if you are purchasing a single day ticket, there are options with a lot better service.

Very very bad experience in Washington almost all busses has no AC temperature is 90F not recommended at all , me and my family we couldn’t complete our trip

The big bus tour(red tour) is totally worth it, the areas and coverage the tour gives is awesome but for a person new to uae it will make it amazing if you had the LIVE COMMENTARY just like in the red route for the blue and green. Also would like to mention staff Gladis who was really helpful and kind. Delphin the commentary guide too.

I want to thank your employee Dilhan, selling tour packages near Eiffel tower. She was very helpful with city layout and overall suggestion on local attractions.

It’s always a good preliminary tour around the prime city attractions to get familiarized with the new place.

When selecting Paris, it crashes immediately. Disappointing

Big Bus made it soooo easy to tour different places in Dublin and we were never disappointed! I love the fact that they even had WiFi on the bus because it allowed us to prepare for the next portion of our vacation without having to spend money on a SIM card or international plan for data. I’d definitely recommend their tours.

The app is not particularly intuitive. It was hard to see the sight markers because the bus icons were in the way. The maps that the bus driver handed out could have a little more information. The driver passed the first stop before everyone could figure out what was happening. Several on the bus had wanted the first stop. The audio took 4 stops to sink up with the where the bus was. Also 90 degrees and no air conditioning. 🥵
