In Berlin (Red Line)
Die Spp ist egentlich gut gemacht, aber absolut unzuverlässig, wenn es um die Position der Busse geht. Wegen der falschen Kartenanzeige ist uns ein Bus direkt vor der Nase weggefahren und wir mussten 30 Minuten warten.

No sound
My family and I were in Washington for a tour with Big Bus. Everything was ok but no sound within earphones.
Munich missing
The app is great generally but bought some tickets recently in Munich and was frustrated to find there was no city option for Munich despite there being buses there, is this a mistake?
Guide
It would have been 5 stars if you still had live guides. The pre-recording is disappointing
It sucked
They made us wait 1.5 hours and we got stuck in traffic cause they kept making us wait and they gave no refunds and the 130$ for the boat Tour was not Worth it and they did not let us down the stairs to warm up and we where not moving the whole thing was 4:30-8:00 it sucked

Not responsive enough to be useful
BigBus London. App is fine for route planning, but real time bus info is useless. Ended up having to switch to public transportation, making the fee for BigBus a complete waste of money.
