Horrible company with long waiting time and comes not so often. Not recommended
Price difference booking online and talking to local rep
Booked a family ticket using the app. A local rep tolled me that I would have gotten a much better price booking locally through him (£100). That is not good customer service. Why on earth would you have a higher price when you book online yourself? Other than that the ride through London was nice.
No show
Did we get a refund or can we report ourselves and inactivity to someplace now? Sorry for that disturbance in your daily routines. So sorry! Jarmo liked to stay instead in our shared and comfy hotel room where we already had wine, beer cans (many) and some food. We had had breakfast. And then all of a sudden we sort of had to run to a flight we managed to book on the run. Sorry again! Could we get a refund? //Jane Jarmo
Day tour good, night tour disappointing
The day tour was great with all the guides. However, the wait for the night tour was horrible and unacceptable at Marble Arch. I was standing there on crutches well before time at 19:30, but every bus that arrived was full. Finally at 21:15 I got a place downstairs, out of desperation since my leg was killing me, which was a huge disappointment after waiting for so long.
