1. Big Bus stops should be clearly marked, so that they would be easy to find. 2. Waiting time to next bus should be indicated at bus stops. Besides, nice trip, good experience. :-)

Schöne Touren
Alles gut organisiert, nur die Busverfolgung auf der App, wenn man auf den Bus wartet, stimmt nicht ganz. Der Bus ist schon da und auf der App noch ein paar km entfernt …
Im Prinzip gut - in Rom so là là
Grundsätzlich ein gutes Angebot. In Rom war es jedoch ein Krampf. Das lag allerdings nicht am Anbieter sondern am Straßenverkehr und den Menschenmassen, die die Haltestellen belagert haben. Wer einsteigt und am Startpunkt wieder aussteigt sollte lediglich Zeit mitbringen. Eine Tour, die mit ca. 1,5 Stunden angesetzt war hat gut drei Stunden gedauert, weils nicht vorwärts ging. Am nächsten Tag wollten wir die Tour nochmal nutzen um zum Vatikan zu fahren und zurück - hin okay, zurück Katastrophe. Wir haben allein eine Dreiviertelstunde gebraucht um, um den Bahnhof Termini rumzufahren. Die meisten Wege kann man in Rom deutlich schneller und besser zu Fuß erledigen und man sieht noch mehr.

Schlechte App und viel zu teuer
Die App ist fast schon katastrophal! Keine Führung, keine Struktur, kaum Information! Die Bus Tickets sind sehr teuer!
All roads lead to Rome …
do they? Bought a 3 days voucher for Rome and it’s Big Bus, and it has been disappointing. We saw mainly traffic jam, poor audio quality in the tour comments, and what has been worst: they are selling much more tickets than capacity on the bus available! I managed to get a seat in the 5th bus and waiting for almost an hour … concerning the app: tot too bad, but basic features (integration to google maps to direct you to next bust stop) is missing. Current positions of bus as indischstes in the app not precise. FAQ infos (e.g. to Covid regulations) outdated. Next time I will chose a different operator, sorry to say!

Nice map substitute, however, no current information app
Departure times are completely wrong
The departure times from the time schedule are completely wrong. I suggest you don‘t Stick to the times but just wait until the Next Bus.
