San Francisco fue un desastre
Tomamos este servicio en Los Angeles y funcionó perfecto, en San Francisco en cambio fue un desastre, la fila para tomar el bus en cualquier punto fue larga y lenta. Claramente faltan buses en San Francisco, o bien, deberían vender menos ticket. Decepcionante el servicio.
Traducción
Es muy pobre la traducción en Español, el guía de bus entrega mucha información que lamentablemente los de habla Hispana nos sentimos discriminados ya que quedamos sin entender....
Limpieza
Muy bueno en Paris, per no me gustó en Londres por estar demasiado sucios los buses, muchos errores en las traducciones de inglés a español., y demasiado rápido el recorrido sin tiempo a los turistas para fotografías desde el bus.
Y en Español cuándo?
Solo funciona en inglés, y qué pasa con los turistas que no hablan ese idioma?

Nos encantó hacer el tour en el Big Bus, te da una visión amplia de lo que es esta ciudad, absolutamente recomendable
Casi OK
El servicio es bueno, pero en algunas partes no esta bien indicado, por ejemplo el tour nocturno en la pagina web dice que es en Victoria pero indica parada 29 y es la 30. En la linea verde, en un paradero no esta indicado que allí para el Big Bus.
