BigBus London. App is fine for route planning, but real time bus info is useless. Ended up having to switch to public transportation, making the fee for BigBus a complete waste of money.

Big Bus made it soooo easy to tour different places in Dublin and we were never disappointed! I love the fact that they even had WiFi on the bus because it allowed us to prepare for the next portion of our vacation without having to spend money on a SIM card or international plan for data. I’d definitely recommend their tours.

The app is not particularly intuitive. It was hard to see the sight markers because the bus icons were in the way. The maps that the bus driver handed out could have a little more information. The driver passed the first stop before everyone could figure out what was happening. Several on the bus had wanted the first stop. The audio took 4 stops to sink up with the where the bus was. Also 90 degrees and no air conditioning. 🥵

No a/c. WiFi didn’t work 4 hours into the tour around London. Drivers were nice. London was packed. Drivers were amazing with all the traffic

Paid $60 per ticket for hop in and hop out service. They took 1 hr 20 mins to just reach 5th stop. By the time I reach, I have already crossed my reservation time.

I was disappointed the bus did not take us to view the Olympics key sites.

We were waiting at a stop for around an hour but a bus never came. After getting in contact with support, they informed us that there was a closure for the next few bus stops. We would have never known that unless I contacted the company and the app never informed us of this. I was disappointed because many stops were closed and the route was different, but they made up for it with another free day of the tour (which is why I only took off one star). The app should inform the customer when stop closures are happening so they don’t waste their time waiting for a bus. Anyone booking with them should know this prior and that contacting the support team is the only way to confirm this. Otherwise a perfect experience.

I went on big bus in both Paris and London. I had a great time as it was an interesting way to get to know the city. I especially enjoyed the commentary and free WiFi. I used it to get around a lot and would definitely do it again.

hi dear Big boss manger and customer service. thanks for you efforts and services. I love big bus but I believe there must be bus every 15 #minutes! and you need to have Station in AYA too. The only disappointment for me was the shocking of Removal of Farsi language from the bus speaker navigation due to the existence of Iran in the neighborhood of the United Arab Emirates and the old friendship of these two nations and the presence of immigrants and others who speak Farsi, Iranian, Tajik, etc. to Dubai
