Hält nicht, was es verspricht

Im Marketing werden 60€ Prämie versprochen, wenn man ein Konto eröffnet. Die bekommt man aber nicht. Der Support schweigt tagelang dazu, stattdessen wird mit Kontosperre gedroht, wenn man seine Steuerdaten nicht bekanntgibt. Und das alles nur auf Englisch, das bei einer „deutschen“ Bank … Ich bin dann mal weg.

Zufrieden

Ich bin prinzipiell sehr zufrieden, jedoch fehlen für ein Bankkonto diverse Sachen. Zb kann man bei den Kontoauszügen/Verlauf nicht nach Ein und Auszahlungen differenzieren. Ebenfalls wäre es vorteilhaft haft wie bei fast allen anderen Anbietern den erworbenen Durchschnittswert angezeigt zu bekommen.

Die app ist Super leicht zu bedinen. Alles klappt ohne irgendwelche spörungen. Ich finde die app einfach hervorgegangen. Das einzige was einen eventuellen stören könnte wäre die anmeldung. Da sie sehr genau ist und es etwas zeit benötigt.

Nuri App scheitert schon bei der Verifizierung der Mail-Adresse > sprich der Link erkennt nicht die installierte App und verweist auf den Store zum installieren / öffnen Nicht gerade vertrauensbildend
