Imposible abrirse una cuenta, lo he intentado varias veces con soporte nefasto
Muy mala atención al cliente.
Si no sabes inglés o alemán a la perfección no te verifican porque es por vídeo llamada. Aun así vas a tener que esperar y hacer la video llamada un montón de veces por que unas veces se corta, otra veces te cuelgan y otras te dicen que no te verifican porque no sabes suficiente inglés.
El programa de referidos no funciona
Ed una vergüenza, invite a un amigo hace tiempo ya cumplió con todos los requisitos y no me llego ni un correo ni nada. Espero que nos den lo que nos corresponde a mi compañero y a mi. Espero que me respondan.
Bien aunque falla el soporte al cliente
Club funciona perfectamente se pueden hacer las transferencias cómodamente, pero el soporte técnico no hay nadie al volante
