Without any reason, after 3-4 days they just sent email- your account is closed! No explanation, no nothing. And most funny thing is, card still arrived to my home address like a week later! I passed all they requirements, was showing my passport and id-s and i dunno what- but they just closed like that- was not even start using it! So be aware, they can close account anytime, without any warning, then send email , your account is closed now! What a joke company!
I want to take the money from my account but you can’t do it.
After depositing €100 of Bitcoin and €100 of eth into my Bitwala account, I was immediately locked out of it, with a recommendation to contact support. Support never answered me and in the meantime the company changed its name. Seems like they’re going through some shakeups. Bitwala—or Nuri, whatever you want to be called—If you’re unable to deliver the services you claim to provide, then please exit the market. I will be waiting for you to contact me to close off my account. Thank you

Never heard about this app initially googled it and didn’t think pretty much of it but its actually way more user friendly that every other banking app used in the past!
Don’t misunderstand the title, but this is by far the best solution I’ve come across to use for both BTC or ETH versus Fiat. I can use it whenever I feel like for everything I feel like. Very high quality, user friendly & intuitive, fast & reliable with a very good support, low enough rates and a very lucrative referral program. I would recommend it to anyone..!
