Grundsätzlich sehr zufrieden

Super und ehrlicher Service, Support funktioniert auch, als ein Kauf auch nach längerer Zeit nicht angezeigt wurde. Die Preise liegen dicht an den großen Exchanges und die Spreads erscheinen OK. Die Gebühren könnte man noch verringern, aber wovon soll die Bank dann leben bei einem kostenlosen Account? App wirkt manchmal ein bisschen holprig und könnte noch bei den Prozessen etwas Feintuning vertragen. Insbesondere die Anmeldung ohne Passwort mit Face ID wirkt nicht smooth. Auch bekommt man für end user unverständliche Fehlermeldungen oder sie sind auch noch falsch (‚json‘, ‚Vault wurde noch gefunden‘). Ein paar Male ist die App auch schon abgestürzt, funktioniert dann aber beim Neustart. Wünsche mir weitere Crypto Blue Chips im Angebot, die wahlweise Umstellung der Cryptopreise in USD, den Dark Mode und dann würde ich lieber die Webversion benutzen, die anscheinend vor ein paar Monaten abgeschaltet wurde (um Kosten zu sparen?), weil man da mehre Informationen auf einem Blick sehen konnte. Hier blättere ich häufig hin und her bei der Abstimmung, was etwas nerven kann. Ich wünsche Euch weiterhin viel Erfolg!
