Account blocked with funds
I don’t recommend. Your funds are not safe here. After 2 years of being a client they terminated my account. In the emails they stated that I will be able to use the account until end of July, 2022. They didn’t keep the promise. They blocked access to the account in June and they do not answer to my emails where I asked for explanation since then. They also don’t answer to phone calls.
Fortunately, I am in contact with SolarisBank and trying to resolve this case.

I will keep you guys updated but for now I suggest looking for an alternative to save yourself time and energy in case the same happens to you.
Be warned: Nuri gets money, block account and disappears
I got successfully through verification and created an account. I transferred my money. Then, I got an email that Nuri temporarily blocked my account and that they will contact me soon to explain why.
I guess that they blocked my account because I didn’t answer some questions that they have to ask because of regulations. They gave me 5 days to answer these questions, but decided to block my account after 2 days.
I cannot login into the app. They didn’t explained me why they blocked my account. I contacted support twice and it's 7th day without any response. They just disappeared with my money.
I hope they’ll finally contact me and I’ll get my money back, but this experience is… well… you can judge it.

I never had such problems. Since 2 weeks I sent them 6 mails to update address. They don’t reply. Absolutely I can say that Nuri is the next level of banking ignorance

Critical error with foregin languages
Hi, its not possible to register. When Im trying to fill address - system prompts me name of polish city with polish letters and in next step system stops me, because… Im using polish signs. I cant remove it by hand. Its crazy. Do something with that because polish names with letters as „ą,ę,ć” etc. are not accepted. So you diss many clients from polish markets on the beginning. Check ZEN app its brilliant.

The worst.. they lie about bonus and did everything to not give bonus. Big mistake that i gave my details to their
