Sad to lose Nuri

Having a German bank account as an Englishman has been brilliant, and so useful, I am yet to find a replacement!

Great app and bank

Super easy to use and no problems!

Not even started as it seems to hard for customer services to deal with.

The app finds your address via GPS or mapping app, which would be perfect if … it located me perfectly only it gave the house number incorrectly. It has only had a number for about 2 days but the number Nuri gave us is NOT the number on the official registration. That means that the “continue” button is non functional. I have had 3 emails telling me to continue to the ID verification process but I cannot continue, 2 emails from from customer services but NOTHING to address the issue, there are ways to verify the address but to use those I will need assistance from customer services, who obviously find the task beyond their ability. There is yet another message today saying I can go to verify, nobody at Nuri has ever acknowledged the problem I have had here. All I can say is however good or bad the app is if you need support for anything outside the FAQ you won’t get it here.

Wish it had more than BTC and eth. Few Stable coins would do.

Don’t recommend this app

My account got terminated soon after opening, without explaining me a reason for this action. The experience I received with this app was very disappointing. It’s just a waste of time.
