Password reset issues

App forgot my password, used to work before with my fingerprint no longer does, when trying to reset the password throws a json parse error unrecognized token ‘<‘

totally scam

I have opened a ticket, I have given to them the ticket number and they reply you with the standard reply!! I have raised a complaint against this bank at German Financial Authority!

Scammers

After registration I should have been credited with 30€ bonus. It’s been almost 2 weeks and now they reply to my email telling me they will not give me my bonus. Unacceptable, not professional at all.

Great app

Fast and precise after setup. No problems with withdrawing.

So stressful

I tried to make an account. I can not pass the form,where you introduce your adress and needs to match with your postal code. Even I introduce all my postal code from my street (because we have 4),I receive an error : " Poștal code doesn't match adress". SO ANNOYING!

Terrible service

After locking up my funds for 1 week due to their sms service not working, they finally answer my ticket then 2 hours later they close my account. Avoid. There are services out there that don’t lock up your funds then ignore you then close the accounts.
