Worked ok while it lasted. Instructions for transferring crypto out of the Nuri wallet are missing

Neither a Bank Nor a Crypto Exchange!

- The app has many bugs , it happens to me several times that I couldn’t sell my crypto on the right time because of the technical problems , after I contacted the online support they offered me to delete the app and reinstall it again to solve the problem , it means I didn’t have access to my money for several days . - there are no place to set the price to buy or sell a crypto, I should take the price which I don’t know where it comes from ! The price is usually higher than what you can find for a crypto in a real exchange. - Nuri offers to deposit the bitcoins with interest but I tried it time to time and it was out of order ! - I used the referral link to invite my friends to use this bank ( app ) but after two referral, they accused me of fake invitations ! It is offensive because I can invite my friends to use the app but I can’t force them to actually use their awful services, it’s not my fault that the services are provided by Nuri is not good enough to convince people to use them ! -On my point of view The Only positive comment on this bank is the design of the debit cards .

For the second time referral program doesn’t work. The support is ignoring my ticket

Worst app ever

scam.they just want your information. I could not withdraw my money from my account because they put unreasonable limitation to my profile without letting me know. Really the worst application for crypto trading.

Useless

I can not do anything at all with this account. Can not use with apple pay. No virtual card. It asks me sms tan but I never receive any tan at all. My money stuck there
