I dreamed about this !

Beste program ever! When i used to go out dancing for a night I would say: if this was a workout I would do it every day! I found it!! Body groove is soooo much fun and I can do it at my own level. Having a good day: make it more challenging, bad day: just dance and have fun. The focus on breathing and paying attention to your body is amazing. Everyone on earth should discover groove!

I so love this

I tried so many forms of exercise and got bored soon. This gives me so much energy and it is great for self-esteem. Not the same exercises over and over again. In a bad mood do some groove and you will be smiling again.

Keeps me moving

Totally enjoying this during lockdown. Wished I could have these classes in person, because I find the instructor fun and engaging, but the thirty days challenge keeps me moving during these times. Good fun!
